How do we assist you?

We can assist you through this difficult time by guiding you through the lengthy paper process that is required by the California Superior Courts.  This can be an overwhelming and burdensome process for many due to the required filings of many documents in a specific order within set timelines.  We will assist with the typing of your documents so they are completed as required by the courts and are able to be filed accordingly. 

 Although we cannot give legal advice we are there to provide a listening ear when you need someone to talk to without charge.  We take pride in being a business that shows compassion and understanding towards others feelings and circumstances.  We know how difficult and life changing a divorce can be and we are there to help support you through this change.  

We also have an attorney who we consult with and is available to assist those who may have legal questions.  The attorney provides our clients with one free 30 minute telephone consultation by appointment only.  If your case becomes complicated or the other party attains an attorney, we do strongly suggest that you retain an attorney especially when there are issues regarding disposition of property, support, custody, and/or visitation.
